"Tabbouleh" Salad

  • 2 cups instant white rice, cooked, cooled
  • 2 tomatoes, cut in half, seeded and chopped
  • 1 cucumber, chopped
  • 1 bunch green onions (about 5 onions), chopped
  • 1 cup chopped fresh parsley
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1/2 cup KRAFT Zesty Italian Dressing
  • 1/8 tsp. black pepper

Directions

    Combine rice, tomatoes, cucumbers and onions in medium bowl.
