- 1 c. bulgur wheat
- 1 c. boiling water
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 1/3 c. lemon juice
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/4 c. green onions
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/2 c. chopped black olives
Directions

1Pour boiling water over bulgur wheat; let set for 1/2 hour. In separate bowl, mix together oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic powder, then stir.

2Add tomatoes and olives to wheat mixture; mix. Next pour in oil mixture and stir well.

3Chill for a few hours, then serve.
