- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 tablespoon dried mint
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 parsley
- 2 medium tomatoes
- 1 sweet onion
Directions

1Wash parsley and let it dry for 2 hours.

2Add wheat, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and mint in bowl and let it soak for 2 hours.

3Add olive oil to wheat mixture.

4Chop parsley finely.

5Dice tomato into very small pieces.

7Add chopped vegetables to wheat mixture and mix well.
