  • 1 cup lemon juice

  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 6 parsley
  • 2 medium tomatoes

    Wash parsley and let it dry for 2 hours.

    Add wheat, lemon juice, salt, sugar, and mint in bowl and let it soak for 2 hours.
