  • 1 c. bulgur (wheat)
  • 4 Tbsp. oil
  • 5 Tbsp. dried parsley
  • 5 Tbsp. lemon juice
  • 2 chopped tomatoes
  • 2 or 3 bunches green onions, cut up (tops, too)
  • salt to taste

Directions

    Cover bulgur with water and soak for 1 hour.

    Drain well.

    Mix in remaining ingredients.
