- 1 cucumber
- 1 1/2 c. tabuli
- 3 ripe tomatoes
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- 5 green onions
- 1 green bell pepper
- 1/2 c. oil
- 1 tsp. salt
Directions

1Soak tabuli (bulgur wheat) in oil and lemon juice while cutting up the vegetables.

2Mix all remaining ingredients together with the wheat mixture.

3Cover and let stand in refrigerator for 2 hours or overnight.

4It gets better as time goes on.
