Ingredients: 2 lb. hamburger; 1/2 c. chopped onion; 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix; 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce; 1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained; 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese; 2 c. Bisquick; 1 c. milk; 2 eggs

1/2 c. chopped onion
1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 (15 oz.) can corn, drained
2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
2 c. Bisquick
1 c. milk
2 eggs

Directions

Heat oven to 350°.

Cook hamburger and onion until beef browns. Drain.

Spoon into ungreased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Stir in taco seasoning (dry), tomato sauce and corn.

Sprinkle with cheese.

Mix Bisquick and milk.

Pour over beef mixture. Bake 35 minutes until golden brown.

Serve with sour cream for topping.
