Taco Bean Soup

Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground deer meat or 1 lb beef
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 1 (15 ounce) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can black beans
  • 1 (15 ounce) can great northern beans (or any white bean)
  • 1 (15 ounce) canwhite kernel corn
  • 1 (10 ounce) canrotel chilies and tomatoes
  • 1 (1 1/4 ounce) packet taco seasoning
  • 1 (1 ounce) packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 (15 ounce) can water (optional)

Directions

    Chop onion and brown with meat then drain.

    Put back into the pan and mix 1/2 the packet of taco seasoning and 1/2 packet of ranch dressing with the meat.

    Put all the rest of the ingredients into a large pot.

    Do not drain any of the cans.

    You can add a can of water depending on how you like it.

    Heat through, approx 10 minute

    Then you can eat it with tortillas and shredded cheese.
