  • 2 cans refried beans
  • 6 Tbsp. mayonnaise
  • 6 Tbsp. sour cream mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • (4 oz.) Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
  • 2 scallions, diced
  • 4 oz. Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 c. diced black olives
  • 2 medium tomatoes, diced
  • nachos

Directions

    Smooth refried beans across bottom of baking dish.

    Follow by mayonnaise and sour cream mixture.

    Sprinkle shredded cheese over top. Cover with scallions, olives and tomatoes.

    May serve as is or bake in 350° oven until cheese melts.

    Serve with nachos.
