  • 1 (29 oz.) can refried beans
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 2 bunches green onion, diced
  • 4 oz. can black olives, diced
  • 16 to 24 oz. jar salsa
  • 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix together refried beans and taco seasoning.

    Press into 9 x 13-inch pan or Tupperware.

    Spread all of sour cream on top of beans.

    Spread diced onions and olives on top of sour cream.

    (You can add other toppings here if you like).

    Spread salsa on top of onions and olives.

    Spread cheese on top of salsa.

    Press cheese into salsa gently.

    Refrigerate overnight.

    Spoon into bowls and serve with tortilla chips or Fritos.
