- 1 to 1 1/2 lb. chopped meat
- 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- scallions
- 1 jar salsa
- 2 c. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded
Directions

1Brown meat in skillet.

2Drain.

3Add taco seasoning.

4Cook as directed on package.

5Drain.

6Spread meat into a baking dish. Spread cheese on top.

7Add salsa on top of cheese.

8Cut a few scallions and place on top of the salsa.

9Bake for 1/2 hour at 350°.
