- 1 to 2 avocados, peeled and mashed
- 1/2 jar mild taco sauce
- 1 pt. sour cream, mixed with 1 pkg. taco seasoning
- 1 bunch green onions, diced
- 2 tomatoes, diced
- handful shredded lettuce
- grated Cheddar cheese
- 1 can black olives, diced
Directions

1Layer first 5 ingredients, starting with the beans in a rectangular pan.

2Cover and refrigerate overnight.

3Layer green onions, then tomatoes, then lettuce and cheese.

4Sprinkle diced black olives over top.

5Chill until ready to serve.

6Serve with a bag of plain nacho chips.
