Taco Lasagna

Ingredients

  • 2 to 2 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 2 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 (5 oz.) can evaporated milk
  • 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
  • 8 oz. salsa
  • 10 to 12 oz. lasagne noodles, cooked just until softened
  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 16 oz. sour cream
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Mozzarella cheese
  • 1 to 1 1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onions.

    Add taco seasoning, evaporated milk, tomato sauce and salsa; let simmer for about 10 minutes. Combine cream cheese and sour cream in separate bowl.

    Layer noodles, meat mixture and cream cheese mixture in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

    Should be enough to this twice.

    Top with grated cheeses. Bake, uncovered, at 350° for approximately 30 minutes (until cheese is browned).
