Ingredients

  • 8 oz. cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp. four cream
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 5 to 6 green onions or 1 medium onion
  • 1 large pepper
  • 2 large tomatoes
  • 2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
  • 6 black olives, sliced
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. pepper
  • 1 large bag taco chips

Directions

    Mix cream cheese and sour cream until smooth; spread on large platter or round pizza pan.

    Sprinkle 1/2 package taco seasoning on top.

    Add salt and pepper.

    Brown hamburger; drain and let cool.

    Put on top of cream cheese layer.

    Chop up tomatoes, onion and green pepper; mix in bowl, then layer over hamburger. Sprinkle on rest of taco seasoning.

    Layer grated cheese and top with olives and 1 tablespoon sour cream in middle.
