Taco Roll-Ups

Ingredients

  • 1 pkg. soft flour taco shells (10 count)
  • 3 (8 oz.) pkg. Philly cream cheese
  • 3/4 pkg. dry Ranch dressing
  • 1 small can black olives, chopped and drained
  • 1/2 jar chopped jalapeno peppers
  • 4 Tbsp. salsa
  • 4 oz. finely shredded Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together.

    Spread a thin layer on each taco shell.

    Roll up shell like a hot dog; refrigerate.

    (Best if left in refrigerator overnight.)

    When firm, slice into 1/2-inch or smaller pieces and serve.

    This makes an excellent hors d'oeuvre!
