Taco Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • Tabasco sauce to taste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 can kidney beans
  • 1 head lettuce, shredded
  • 1 1/2 moons Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 1 medium onion, diced
  • 1 large tomato, chopped
  • 1 can black olives
  • 1 large pkg. nacho cheese chips
  • 1/2 c. Green Goddess salad dressing
  • 1/2 c. creamy Italian salad dressing

Directions

    Brown ground beef and season with Tabasco , salt and pepper. Drain excess fat.

    Add kidney beans and heat thoroughly.

    Keep warm.

    In a large mixing bowl, combine lettuce, tomato, onion, cheese and olives.

    Toss well.

    Add dressings and toss again. Serve with chips.
