Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 4 chopped tomatoes
  • 1 head lettuce
  • 4 oz. grated cheese
  • 1 (8 oz.) bottle Italian dressing
  • 1 or 2 Tbsp. Tabasco sauce
  • 1 bag taco corn chips, crushed
  • 1 (15 oz.) can kidney beans, drained
  • salt and pepper to taste

Directions

    In advance, (night before serving), brown beef; drain well and chill.

    Toss in a salad bowl the lettuce, onion and tomatoes. Add the meat, cheese and beans.

    Pour on dressing and top with taco chips just prior to serving.
