- 2 lb. hamburger
- 1 medium onion
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 c. water
- 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 envelope taco seasoning mix
- shredded cheese
- sliced avocado
Directions

1In large saucepan or Dutch oven brown beef and onion; drain. Puree the tomatoes in liquid.

2Add to pan with tomato sauce, water, beans, corn and taco seasoning.

3Bring to a boil.

4Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes.

5If you desire, top each serving with avocados, cheese and serve with cheese.
