Ingredients

  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 qt. tomatoes
  • 2 cans Shoe Peg corn
  • 3 cans red kidney beans
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 2 pkg. taco seasonings
  • 4 to 5 c. water

Directions

    In large pot, brown beef and drain.

    Add onion, then remaining ingredients.

    Stir.

    Cook over low heat for 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Serve hot with grated cheese and chips.

    Freezes well.
