  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped fine
  • 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch dry dressing mix
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • 1 can pinto beans
  • 1 small can green chilies
  • 3 cans stewed tomatoes (retain juice)

Directions

    Brown the ground beef and onion together.

    Drain off excess. Add the rest of the ingredients (juices and all) to the drained ground beef and onion.

    Heat thoroughly.

    Serve with crackers, chips and cheese.

    Can be placed in a crock-pot to heat.
