  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chili
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 3 (14 oz.) cans Mexican style stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (15 oz.) can pinto beans
  • 1 (15 oz.) can white hominy
  • 1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
  • 1 pkg. Ranch dressing
  • 1 1/2 c. water

Directions

    Brown meat, onion and green chilies in large skillet; drain fat off if necessary. Place meat mixture in a large pan; add rest of ingredients. Heat and simmer about 30 minutes. Makes 4 to 5 quarts and can be frozen.
