- 2 pkg. French-style rolls (6 inches long)
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. dairy sour cream
- 1/4 c. water
- 1 (1 1/4 oz.) pkg. taco seasoning mix
- shredded lettuce
- 6 slices Swiss cheese
- mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 3 medium tomatoes
Directions

1Cook and stir ground beef in 10-inch skillet over medium heat until light brown; drain.

2Stir in sour cream, water and taco seasoning mix.

3Reduce heat.

4Simmer, uncovered, for 5 minutes. Cut rolls in half.

5Spread with mayonnaise.

6Place lettuce on bottoms.

7Layer about 1/3 cup beef mixture, 2 cheese slices and tomato slices on each sandwich.

8Cover top of roll.

9Secure with wooden pick.
