Ingredients

  • 1 large can crushed pineapple (unsweetened), drained and save juice
  • 2 c. mini marshmallows
  • 1 1/2 c. Spanish peanuts with skins
  • 2 c. diced apples with skins
  • 1/2 c. sugar
  • 1 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 Tbsp. vinegar (white)
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large Cool Whip

    Drain pineapple (save juice).

    Mix crushed pineapple and marshmallows together and put into a bowl with a cover.

    Let set overnight (approximately 8 hours) in refrigerator.
