Tagine (tajine)

Ingredients

  • 500 grams tomato
  • 3 potatoes
  • 1 kg boneless meat
  • 250 grams onion
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Directions

    Marinate all the ingredients along with cumin, cardamom, salt, and rest for a few hours (at least 30 minutes)

    Fry onion in tajine until brown in very small quantity of Olive oil
  3. 3
    Add all the marinated things to fried onions
  4. 4
    Cover the bottom pan with top of tajine and put on slow fire for almost 1 hour
  5. 5
    Check after approximately 1 hour and if natural water is dry and meat seems cooked then you can remove from fire and set aside to cool.

    And serve with bread or rice
