Ingredients
- 500 grams tomato
- 3 potatoes
- 1 kg boneless meat
- 250 grams onion
- 3 tbsp olive oil
Directions

1Marinate all the ingredients along with cumin, cardamom, salt, and rest for a few hours (at least 30 minutes)

2Fry onion in tajine until brown in very small quantity of Olive oil

3Add all the marinated things to fried onions

4Cover the bottom pan with top of tajine and put on slow fire for almost 1 hour

5Check after approximately 1 hour and if natural water is dry and meat seems cooked then you can remove from fire and set aside to cool.

6And serve with bread or rice
