  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 c. sliced ripe olives
  • 1/4 lb. noodles
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
  • 1 can whole kernel corn
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • sliced or shredded sharp Cheddar cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef and onion; add green pepper, if desired. Drain off fat.

    Cook noodles; add with olives, tomatoes and corn. Season and bake in 350° oven or can be cooked in an electric skillet.

    When it is about done, add sliced or shredded sharp Cheddar cheese.
