Ingredients

  • 1 big onion
  • butter
  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 pkg. egg noodles
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 4 tsp. chili sauce or powder
  • 1 can ripe olives
  • 1 (20 oz.) can whole grain corn

Directions

    Saute onion in butter; add ground beef.

    Cook until done.

    Add egg noodles, tomato soup, water, Ro-Tel and chili powder or sauce. Turn fire low and cook until noodles are tender.

    Then add ripe olives and corn.

    Fix this on top of stove.

    Place in refrigerator until ready to cook.

    Put grated cheese on top and cook at 350° for 45 minutes.

    Open oven and let set for 15 minutes.

    Then eat, it's good.
