- 1 (16 oz.) can yellow hominy
- 1 (4 oz.) can chopped olives
- 1 (4 oz.) can mild green chilies
- 2 (16 oz.) cans tamales
- 2 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
- 1/4 c. dried chopped onions
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Peel wrappers off tamales and chop in large bowl.

3Drain hominy, olives and peppers.

4Add them to tamales.

5Mix well.

6Place in 9 x 13 x 3-inch baking dish.

7Spread out evenly.

8Sprinkle cheese over top and olives if desired.

9Bake 20 to 30 minutes.

10Serves 8.

11Serve with Spanish rice and corn chips.
