- 1 can chili, without beans
- 1 roll garlic cheese
- 1 roll jalapeno cheese
- 1 small can sliced black olives
- 1/2 c. chopped green onions
- 3/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Directions

1Cube cheese.

2Combine chili and cheese (cubes) in a skillet and heat until cheese melts.

3Chop up tamales and add to mixture. Heat.

4Put in chafing dish, top with cheese, olives and onions. Serve with tortilla chips.
