  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped fine
  • 1 clove garlic
  • 1/2 c. chopped olives
  • 1 small can vegeburger
  • chili powder
  • 2 c. cooked tomatoes
  • 1/2 c. cornmeal

Directions

    Saute onion, green pepper and clove of garlic.

    Saute vegeburger in separate pan until light brown.
  3. 3
    Mix all together and add chili powder as desired.

    Add tomatoes and cornmeal, still cooking over low heat.

    Add olives. Put into buttered casserole and bake at 350° for 35 minutes.

    Uncover for the last 15 minutes.
