- 1 tbsp ginger; minced
- 1 tbsp onion powder
- 2 tsp lemon peel seasoning
- 2 tsp ground coriander seed
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp dried basil
- 1 sea salt
- 1 EVOO; as needed
- 1 peppercorn melange
Directions

1Marinate fish in enough H1 to cover with minced ginger for 24 hours.

5Roast at 400 for approximately 10-15 minutes or until thermometer reaches 145
