  • 200 grams Cake flour
  • 4 grams Dry yeast
  • 4 grams Sugar
  • 3 grams Salt
  • 250 ml Milk
  • 1 Vegetable oil

Directions

    Sift the cake flour into a bowl, and mix in the yeast, sugar, and salt.

    Heat the milk until warm to the touch, then mix it in.

    Let the dough sit at 28C for 40 minutes until it doubles in size.

    Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour the dough into the pan in flat rounds 10 cm in diameter, and cook over low heat.

    Flip them over when holes start to appear on the surface.

    Slice them into bite-sized pieces and serve with butter, jam or your choice of toppings.
