- 200 grams Cake flour
- 4 grams Dry yeast
- 4 grams Sugar
- 3 grams Salt
- 250 ml Milk
- 1 Vegetable oil
Directions

1Sift the cake flour into a bowl, and mix in the yeast, sugar, and salt.

2Heat the milk until warm to the touch, then mix it in.

3Let the dough sit at 28C for 40 minutes until it doubles in size.

4Heat the oil in a frying pan, pour the dough into the pan in flat rounds 10 cm in diameter, and cook over low heat.

5Flip them over when holes start to appear on the surface.

6Slice them into bite-sized pieces and serve with butter, jam or your choice of toppings.
