  • Zest of 5 tangerines in wide pieces
  • Zest of 5 grapefruit in wide pieces
  • Zest of 5 lemons in wide pieces
  • Zest of 5 oranges in wide pieces
  • 10 cups sugar
  • 10 cups water
  • 3 bottles Nandini grappa

Directions

    Make simple syrup of 10 cups sugar and 10 cups water by heating both together until clear.

    Allow to cool.

    Arrange 8 quart bottles and place 1/2 of each zest in each bottle.

    Divide simple syrup among bottles and top each with grappa.
