- 2 egg whites
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 1 c. flaked coconut
- 1/2 c. finely chopped pecans
- 2 tsp. grated tangerine peel or orange peel
Directions

1In a small mixer bowl, beat egg whites and vanilla until soft peaks form.

2Gradually add sugar, beating until stiff peaks form. Fold in coconut, pecans and peel.

3Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls 1 1/2 inches apart onto a greased cookie sheet.

4Bake in a 325° oven for 10 to 12 minutes or until done.

5Remove and cool.
