- 2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
- 1/2 c. Heinz 57 sauce
- 1/2 c. water
Directions

1Brown chicken in skillet in butter.

2Combine Heinz 57 sauce and water; pour over chicken.

3Cover; simmer 30 to 40 minutes or until chicken is tender, basting occasionally.

4Remove cover the last 10 minutes of cooking.

5Skim excess fat from sauce before serving.

6Spoon sauce over chicken.
