- 6 pork chops
- salt
- 6 onion slices
- 1 envelope spaghetti sauce mix
- 1 can tomatoes
- 1 Tbsp. brown sugar
- 6 bell pepper slices
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Shake 1 tablespoon flour in browning bag; trim fat from meat; season with salt.

3Place in bag and put in pan.

4Place a slice of onion and a slice of pepper on each chop.

5Combine remaining ingredients and pour in bag.

6Follow browning bag instructions; cook 1 hour or until tested tender.
