- 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
- 2 teaspoons olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon
- 1/2 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 4 (6-ounce) red snapper fillets
