- 5 lb. ground beef (85% lean)
- 4 oz. ketchup
- 3 heaping tsp. prepared mustard
- 3 heaping tsp. cream-style horseradish
- 3 level tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 3 heaping tsp. salt
- 1 c. finely ground onions
- 1 heaping tsp. Accent
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- hamburger buns
Directions

1Place ground beef in a kettle.

2Combine ketchup, mustard, horseradish, Worcestershire sauce and salt in a 1-cup measuring cup.

3Stir into beef.

4Fill the same cup with warm water and add to meat mixture.

5Use the same cup to measure onion; add to meat mixture.

6Stir in Accent and cook on low heat, stirring constantly, 15 minutes or until meat is in fine pieces.

7Increase heat slowly until mixture boils.

8Boil 25 minutes.

9Stir every few minutes to keep from sticking.
