  • 6 ears Corn
  • 1 stick Butter (or Less If You Want)
  • 2 dashes Salt
  • 2 dashes Pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Fresh Lemon

    Well, sort of. First boil the ears of corn in hot water for about 5 minutes.

    Remove and cut off all the corn.

    Then throw it in a frying pan with the melted butter. Add salt, pepper, and lemon. Taste and add more of whatever. If it needs a little more tang, add some lemon. Too much tang? Add salt, but I don't believe there can be too much tang.

    Stir around every once in a while, but let cook for 10 to 15 minutes. Corn should be crisp and flavorful. Enjoy!

    This is one of those things that is so addictive, I cannot stop eating it! That and cookie dough (but don't tell about the cookie dough).
