- 2 (about 8 oz. each) potatoes
- salt to taste

1Preheat oven to 375°.

2Scrub potatoes with a vegetable brush under cool running water.

3Pat dry with paper towel.

4Place the potatoes on a cutting board.

5Carefully slice each one very thin. Place the potato slices in a single layer on a large nonstick baking pan.

6Sprinkle lightly with salt.

7Add the topping of your choice for Sesame Chips or Italian-style Chips.

8When chips have cooled slightly, carefully remove them from the pan with a spatula. Makes 2 servings.
