- 1/2 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. chili powder
- 6 potatoes
- 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. pepper
- 1/2 tsp. onion salt
Directions

1Melt butter in a 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Wash and wedge potatoes. Soak wedges in cold water for 1/2 hour.

3Mix together dry ingredients.

4Coat wedges with mixture.

5Place in pan on top of melted butter.

6Bake at 375° for 40 minutes, turning once after 20 minutes.
