  • 2/3 c. sugar
  • 1/4 c. cornstarch
  • dash of salt
  • 2 c. milk
  • 1/3 c. evaporated milk
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • whipped cream

    Combine the first 4 ingredients in saucepan.

    Add the next 3 ingredients; mix well.

    Cook over low heat until mixture thickens, stirring constantly.
