  • 2 lb. raisins
  • 1 lb. brown sugar
  • 2 1/2 c. cold tea
  • 4 c. Presto flour
  • 6 tsp. nutmeg
  • 2 beaten eggs
  • 1/2 tsp. allspice
  • 1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Directions

    Mix together the first three ingredients and soak overnight. Mix all ingredients together.

    Pour into two greased and floured loaf pans.

    Bake at 325° for about 1 1/2 hours.

    Yields two loaves.
