  • 3/4 c. shortening
  • 1 1/2 c. sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 3 c. flour

Directions

    Cream shortening and sugar.

    Add eggs, 1 at a time, and mix well.

    Add vanilla and mix well.

    Add flour a little at a time and mix well.

    Roll out and cut into shapes or roll into small balls and pat thin.

    Place on greased cookie sheet and bake at 375° about 7 minutes.
