  • 2 oz. loose tea
  • 1 qt. water
  • 2 1/2 lb. sugar

Directions

    Boil tea in water for 2 minutes; strain and add sugar and lemon juice to tea water.

    Stir until sugar dissolves.

    This makes a syrup which can be kept refrigerated up to 2 weeks.
