- 1 1/2 lb. meat loaf mix (beef, pork or veal)
- 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
- 1 large or 2 small garlic cloves, chopped fine (more, if you're a garlic lover)
- 2 1/2 Tbsp. freshly chopped Italian parsley
- scant Tbsp. oregano
- 1/4 to 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- ground pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. unflavored bread crumbs
Directions

1Mix together and shape into large meatballs.

2Bake in 350° oven for about 1/2 hour until brown.

3Heat in your favorite tomato sauce and serve over pasta.
