- oil (enough to cover bottom of frypan)
- 3 to 4 potatoes (small to medium size chunks)
- 3 to 4 carrots, sliced
- 1 onion
- 1 can beefy mushroom soup
Directions

1Slice tenderloin; dredge in flour, salt and pepper or seasoning salt.

2Fry in oil in large deep frypan.

3Simmer until done.

4Add rest of ingredients and enough water to cover everything.

5Use the can of soup to add water.

6Over medium heat, cook until tender.

7Stir occasionally.
