- 1 lb. beef tenderloin or sirloin, cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1/4 c. honey
- 1/4 c. sherry
- 1/4 c. soy sauce
- 2 tsp. lemon juice
Directions

1Stir together liquid ingredients.

2Add meat; pour combined mixture into a plastic bag.

3Twist bag shut or secure.

4Place bag in bowl; marinate in refrigerator at least 1/2 hour.

5Drain meat pieces.

6Place cubes in a 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking pan.

7Bake at 475° for 6 to 8 minutes.
