- 6 boneless, skinless chicken breast
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 cup ketchup
- 1 tablespoon granulated garlic
- 1 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons sherry cooking wine
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
Directions

1Marinate chicken in mixture of oil, garlic, red pepper, sherry, ginger, ketchup and sugar over night.

2Place in shallow baking pan.

3Bake 6 to 10 minutes on each side at 425 degrees; basting often with teriyaki sauce.
