- as many chicken breasts as needed
- teriyaki sauce
- 2 large onions
- 2 large bell peppers
- 1 tsp. oil
Directions

1Preheat oven to 350°.

2Place chicken in baking dish.

3Pour 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce over chicken and put in oven.

4Check often and turn over several times to keep from drying out.

5Slice onions and bell peppers and put in preheated skillet with oil.

6Stir-fry vegetables until tender.

7Remove from heat.

8When chicken is done, serve chicken smothered with vegetables.

9May serve with rice.
