- 1/2 small onion, chopped
- 3 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 3 Tbsp. oil
- 4 to 5 boneless chicken breasts
- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 bottle teriyaki sauce (thick; store purchased)
- 1 small can pineapple chunks
Directions

1Saute onions and garlic in pan until onions are clear.

2Add chicken breasts; turn up heat to brown meat.

3Add soy sauce while chicken is cooking.

4When chicken is almost done, add 1/4 cup or more of teriyaki sauce.

5Thicken with cornstarch; thin with pineapple juice.

6Garnish with pineapple chunks.

7Serve with broccoli, carrot and cauliflower vegetable medley.
