- 10 to 12 Twinkies, cut in thirds lengthwise
- 6 oz. chocolate chips
- 2 tsp. sugar
- 2 Tbsp. water
- 3 egg whites
- 3 egg yolks
- 8 oz. cool Whip
Directions

1Layer Twinkie thirds in 9 x 13-inch pan.

2Melt chocolate chips, sugar and water in pan.

3Beat egg whites until stiff.

4Beat egg yolks slightly.

5Mix egg whites and yolks with chocolate mixture in pan.

6Then add Cool Whip and mix until smooth.

7Layer 1/2 chocolate mixture on Twinkies followed by 1/2 Cool Whip and layer again.
